The hex bar is an underrated bit of kit. We absolutely love a hex bar, it's perfect for deadlifting safely, and the positioning forces you to nail technique and protect your back. This focus on perfect straight back shape reduces risk of injury but also helps you shift serious weight whilst maintaining correct form. 
 
The bar is made of stainless steel, with a knurled grip. It fits 2" Olympic plates and has a maximum load of around 350kg. Note; the frame on this hex bar is shorter than our BLK hex bar, but retains the same max load and sleeve length, so works well for those with a small space.
